About Spacecake Web Design

Spacecake web design began life in early 1998 with the creation of music sample loop website and a passion for the new internet.

With creative musical background, we created our first website in 1998. In the early days of the internet, there were very few websites providing real content.

Our ground breaking music sample website Loopasonic was even named in the prestigious Sound on Sound magazine in their February 2000 issue as one of the top ten musical sample sites.

In 1999, the fire of creativity alight, Dean attended Huddersfield University.

Studying for a HNC in Multi Media Studies, he learned how to hand code websites using HTML, CSS and Java Script. The ability to hand code and read code is a crucial skill when de-bugging a hacked website.

1999 saw another milestone in Spacecake’s history.

We were asked to build the website for Bradford City AFC’s promotion into the Premier league.

Our creative flair and passion for the internet has remained undimmed.

In 2012 we were commisioned to build the website for the VistaJet fleet. The world’s most expensive private jet fleet.

Since 1998 we have had the privilege to work with clients all over the globe. From High-Q in Japan to VistaJet in Switzerland, Newsmith in New Zealand to Reynolds Jet in the USA.

We’ve built websites for everything from a holiday villa business in Spain to a local specialist automated  heavy door manufacturer and everything in between.

Unlike many other companies, we don’t champion monthy fees for SEO or Pay Per Click. We prefer to build a rock solid base for your business whilst keeping ongoing fees to a minimum.

If you like the sound of what we do, get in touch.
